5 DAY COURSE - Class begins on Tuesday October 5th 2021 at 9:00am. The real estate sales course consists of 40 hours of instruction which must be completed before taking the real estate state exam. All materials are included.

About The Event
This 40-hour course prepares you for the state license exam. David Harris, Nantucket Community School's certified real estate instructor, will lead the class through all information and materials in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.
Topics will cover the areas necessary for successful completion of the MA State Real Estate Exam and will meet the MA Board of Registration license requirements. Sellers, first-time home buyers and investors will also benefit from this course.
Fee includes text and all materials.
