Cotuit - Broker Course - June 13th, 15th, 20th & 22nd 2023
Class begins on Tuesday June 13th at 8:30am. The Real Estate Broker Pre-License course is a 40 hour Class designed to help broker candidates pass the state examination. A salespersons license and a 3 year apprenticeship period are pre-requisites.

About The Event
This 40-hour Broker course prepares you for the Broker real estate exam. David Harris, Cape Realty School's certified real estate instructor, will lead the class through all information and materials in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.
Topics will cover the areas necessary for successful completion of the MA State Real Estate Exam and will meet the MA Board of Registration license requirements. A salespersons license and a 3 year apprenticeship period are pre-requisites.
