About The Event
This 40-hour course prepares you for the state license exam. David Harris, Cape Realty School's certified real estate instructor, will lead the class through all information and materials in a thorough and easy-to-understand manner.
Topics will cover the areas necessary for successful completion of the MA State Real Estate Exam and will meet the MA Board of Registration license requirements. Sellers, first-time home buyers and investors will benefit from this course. Fee includes all text and materials.
